Instead of driving Jack Cunningham away from bringing legal malpractice charges against Correale and his law firm, Mayland & Truland, it only made Jack more determined to bring Correale and Maynard & Truland to court . It's been eight years of battling for Jack, and he and his wife Joan are even more determined today than the days, when the laundry list of ethics violations first happened.

A state Supreme Court ethics official Robert Correale misuses his government and court office to Cover-Up and block ethics violations and legal malpractice charges against his own law firm, Maynard & Truland. After eight years, the Cover-Up leads all the way up to the Governor's Office, Attorney General's Office and the state's Supreme Court and Superior Court.

Obstruction of Justice

A criminal offense that involves interference, through words or actions, with the proper operations of a court or officers of the court.

Instead of the State of New Jersey giving me "reasonable disability accommodations" for my war-service-related PTSD, the State allowed Maynard & Truland's arrogant lawyers to mock my disability in sworn, New Jersey Supreme Court documents.

The corrupt law firm Maynard & Truland was the defendant in the case, and I was the Plaintiff in the ethics complaint.

The State of New Jersey has denied me my Due Process for eight (8) years now.

I have 22 years of working experience in Data Processing. I have some of my New Jersey corruption evidence on the internet, because I hoped to grow support from across the United States. Since I was not getting my civil rights from New Jersey's Supreme Court and Superior Court, the Governor's Office, NJ Attorney General's Office, Senate Robert Menendez and any law enforcement agency within the State of New Jersey, I had to get support from somewhere.

This Attorney Ethics Official (Robert Correale) for New Jersey's SUPREME COURT made these certifications to Attorney Ethics District XI with full knowledge of the small, size of the Sussex County courtrooms, Court Procedures, and especially the fact that I had no prior written notification that there was an attorney change within his Law Firm. This Vice-Chairman and General Practice attorney was taking over my divorce case from the Law Firm's divorce attorney.

The real reason, as why I was there in Court on January 9, 2001, was for a DEFAULT HEARING. I never received any notification that the Court Session agenda was changed.

The below letter was sent to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez in May 2006, but he made no attempt to get the questions in the letter answered.   He did his part in adding to this Cover-Up. This letter is just one of many different letters that were addressed to the listed politicians and New Jersey State Goverment officers.   These questions were never addressed in verbal or written form by these parties.

Although this letter and a great deal of other evidence have been sent by certified mail to New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine and His appointed NJ Attorney General, both these government offices refuse to reply or respond to my phone calls.

Dear Tatiana Marquis, District Director,

As per the conversation you had with my wife Joan, please find the following information pertaining to my eight year struggle to initiate an investigation of my charges of corruption, cover-up and a Conflict of Interest within the New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics and the NJ Attorney General's office. Eight years of battling for Due Process is much to demand from an honorably disabled PTSD veteran.

Simply stated, I am requesting Governor Jon Corzine to look into (and answer my letters) how the state’s Office of Attorney Ethics allowed Vice-Chairman Robert Correale to use his influence as a high level member to block Legal Malpractice and Attorney Ethics charges from Correale and his law Firm, Maynard & Truland.

After a deluge of my letters in 2003, the Office of Attorney Ethics had their nearby committee, District XI do a perjury-filled, malfeasance, lame investigation; where Robert Correale and his former law firm, Maynard & Truland were cleared of all charges. Correale and his law firm’s lawyers supplied no supporting evidence with their sworn certifications. However, I supplied Maynard & Truland’s own contract and invoices, along with Superior Court Documents, court-filed letters, etc.

Over the years, Governor Jon Corzine has received, at least, seven U.S. mail letters (of which three were certified) and over twenty emails on this subject. All contained attached evidence. However, the Governor's office has NOT returned any communication. Additionally, Corzine's aid Susan does not return my phone calls, and her staff refuses to give me her last name.   Governor Corzine’s lack of return communications only adds to this New Jersey State Government Cover-up.

At this point, I do not wish to burden you with additional details, of which there are plenty. I simply ask that you communicate to the Governor my request for an investigation.   (You can read evidence directly on the internet at the below listed web links.)

Due to being diagnosed and rated 100% disabled as a combat Marine, I suffer memory loss and request a copy of all communications with Corzine's office.

As per your request, I have copied my New Jersey State Legislative representatives in the hope they will do their own follow-up with Governor Jon Corzine.
