Having been a pretty good "street cop" for 35 years this December, I read carefully what you sent me.

If I was involved with this case and having the documentation that you and the courts have, I believe that I would approach a mid-ranking Officer in the police service in your area and inquire about "perjury" investigations.

Legal Malpractice:

Legal malpractice may occur where a lawyer acts in a negligent manner when providing legal advice or representation.

The below letter was sent to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez in May 2006, but he made no attempt to get the questions in the letter answered.   He did his part in adding to this Cover-Up. This letter is just one of many different letters that were addressed to the listed politicians and New Jersey State Goverment officers.   These questions were never addressed in verbal or written form by these parties.

Although this letter and a great deal of other evidence have been sent by certified mail to New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine and His appointed NJ Attorney General, both these government offices refuse to reply or respond to my phone calls.

After one of their attorneys committed Gross Negligence, the firm’s partners Joe Truland and James Maynard (Without client permission) switched attorney responsibility of the law case to another Maynard & Truland attorney Robert Correale, who happened to be the Vice-Chairman of New Jersey’s Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics.
       Robert Correale went on to commit a number of ethics violations of his own: False Billing and Over-Charging are just two.

These New Jersey State government corruption charges have been dragged out by the State of New Jersey for six years now. The below letter was addressed to an official in New Jersey's Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics.

My attorney ethics complaints were against Robert Correale, Joe Truland and Edward Busichio of the Maynard & Truland law firm of Morristown, NJ. Joe Truland was (And currently still is) one of two partners of the firm. Robert Correale is a general-practice attorney and Edward Busichio is a divorce attorney.

When I wrote this letter, I was having problems with the law firm for almost 4 months already. During that period, the law firm had me in a Divorce Default due to their own negligence.  (I was worried about losing my two minor children.)

   I WAS HOPING THAT MY  BELOW LETTER  WOULD GET THE MAYNARD & TRULAND LAW FIRM TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY.

       I was completely wrong...   The Maynard & Truland lawyers (Robert Correale, Joe Truland and Edward Busichio ) did not have to act professionally.   They had very powerful friends working in the New Jersey Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics...   Real close and extremely powerful friends.

I WAS HOPING THAT MY ABOVE LETTER WOULD GET THE MAYNARD & TRULAND LAW FIRM TO ACT PROFESSIONAL.

Unknowingly, I sent my attorney ethics complaints to the same ethics committee that Robert Correale was vice-chairman of (District 10). Actually, I was required to send my attorney ethics complaints to Robert Correale's committee, because his District X Committee handled my county of Sussex as well as Morris County. By sending my attorney ethics complaints to District X set up a major Conflict of Interest and the source of a cover-up that still exists. How can District X's committee members investigate their own committee's vice-chairman for false billing, over-charging, negligence, etc. Would you like to be on a committee that investigated and tried your boss? Would you like to be on an ethic committee that found your boss to be violating the same ethics that your committee was condemning other attorneys for...?

WHAT DO YOU THINK ROBERT CORREALE'S DISTRICT X ATTORNEY ETHICS COMMITTEE SHOULD HAVE DONE AFTER READING MY ABOVE LETTER?

Should the District X Attorney Ethics Committee have informed me that one of the attorneys, who I was complaining about, was their boss, Vice-Chairman Robert Correale of the Maynard & Truland law firm...?

Should Robert Correale's commitee have addressed my complaints of false billing and over-charging... ?

Do you feel the Office of Attorney Ethics would participate in an illegal cover-up, if it prevented one of their own Vice-Chairman from being found guilty of Attorney Ethics Violations? (These were the same ethic violations that for years, he had been finding other attorneys guilty. If this Vice-Chairman was found guilty of the same ethics violations that he was finding other attorneys guilty of... This brings into question a great deal, especially his judgement and many of those cases.)

I have six years of evidence of a cover-up and more is being written as the State of New Jersey continues to drag this out...

I'm still going after New Jersey political corruption. It's been six years now.

      I can sure use some help calling Senator Robert Menendez (Debbie Curto 973-645-3192), Senator Frank Lautenberg (Jen Mroczek 973-639-8700) and Governor Jon Corzine (Susan Prickett 609-777-2463, Susan Senft 609-777-2645). I just want the State of New Jersey to start an investigation on my civil rights and corruption charges against New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.

Would you believe the New Jersey Supreme Court is still insisting that Vice-Chairman Robert Correale's former attorney ethics committee be the committee that investigates him now. This District X committee is going to investigate a former Vice-Chairman of District X.   What are the chances that this Vice-Chairman is found quilty? A Conflict of Interest still exists.

Dear Tatiana Marquis, District Director,

As per the conversation you had with my wife Joan, please find the following information pertaining to my eight year struggle to initiate an investigation of my charges of corruption, cover-up and a Conflict of Interest within the New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics and the NJ Attorney General's office. Eight years of battling for Due Process is much to demand from an honorably disabled PTSD veteran.

Simply stated, I am requesting Governor Jon Corzine to look into (and answer my letters) how the state’s Office of Attorney Ethics allowed Vice-Chairman Robert Correale to use his influence as a high level member to block Legal Malpractice and Attorney Ethics charges from Correale and his law Firm, Maynard & Truland.

After a deluge of my letters in 2003, the Office of Attorney Ethics had their nearby committee, District XI do a perjury-filled, malfeasance, lame investigation; where Robert Correale and his former law firm, Maynard & Truland were cleared of all charges. Correale and his law firm’s lawyers supplied no supporting evidence with their sworn certifications. However, I supplied Maynard & Truland’s own contract and invoices, along with Superior Court Documents, court-filed letters, etc.

Over the years, Governor Jon Corzine has received, at least, seven U.S. mail letters (of which three were certified) and over twenty emails on this subject. All contained attached evidence. However, the Governor's office has NOT returned any communication. Additionally, Corzine's aid Susan does not return my phone calls, and her staff refuses to give me her last name.   Governor Corzine’s lack of return communications only adds to this New Jersey State Government Cover-up.

At this point, I do not wish to burden you with additional details, of which there are plenty. I simply ask that you communicate to the Governor my request for an investigation.   (You can read evidence directly on the internet at the below listed web links.)

Due to being diagnosed and rated 100% disabled as a combat Marine, I suffer memory loss and request a copy of all communications with Corzine's office.
