I might be the reason for this NJ Bill. Please read
below. It is all true!
Everyone on my email mailing list know that I've been battling
for years: the State of New Jersey, New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics, one of their Vice-Chairman, Robert
D. Correale, Esq. and his former law firm, Maynard & Truland.
Without my friends
on the internet (mailing lists, forums and message boards) and my evidence, I'd still be at square
one... Now, it seems a New Jersey politician wants to bring down internet
forums and message boards.

Strangely, this New
Jersey Assemblyman comes from the same New Jersey area as the above mentioned law firm and their Vice-Chairman of
New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics Robert Correale. http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/members/Biondi.asp
Although I've asked
numerous times the State of New Jersey for the dates surrounding Robert Correale's Vice-Chairmanship of New Jersey's Office
of Attorney Ethics, the State of New Jersey has never supplied me with the information. I do know that Robert
D. Correale no longer works for the Morris County/Sussex County Law Firm of Maynard & Truland. And I also
know that a Robert D. Correale, Esq. is currently the Assistant Prosecutor for the Sussex County New Jersey townships
of Vernon and Andover.
Please learn the details surrounding my corruption complaints against the State
of New Jersey, NJ's Office of Attorney Ethics, their Vice-Chairman Robert Correale and his law firm, Maynard & Truland.

SYNOPSIS
Makes certain
operators of interactive computer services and Internet service providers liable to persons injured by false or defamatory
messages posted on public forum websites.
CURRENT VERSION OF TEXT
As introduced.
An Act concerning
the posting of certain Internet messages and supplementing chapter 38A of Title 2A of the New Jersey Statutes.
Be
It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. As used in this act:
"Information
content provider" means any person or entity that is responsible, in whole or in part, for the creation or development of
information provided through the Internet or any other interactive computer service.
"Interactive computer service"
means any information system, service, or access software provider that provides or enables computer access by multiple users
to a computer server, including specifically a service or system that provides service to the Internet.
"Internet"
means the international computer network of both federal and non-federal interoperable packet switched data networks.
"Internet
service provider" or "provider" means any person, business or organization qualified to do business in this State that provides
individuals, corporations, or other entities with the ability to connect to the Internet through equipment that is located
in this State.
"Operator" means any person, business or organization qualified to do business in this State that operates
an interactive computer service.
2. The operator of any interactive computer service or an Internet service provider
shall establish, maintain and enforce a policy to require any information content provider who posts written messages on a
public forum website either to be identified by a legal name and address, or to register a legal name and address with the
operator of the interactive computer service or the Internet service provider through which the information content provider
gains access to the interactive computer service or Internet, as appropriate.
3. An operator of an interactive
computer service or an Internet service provider shall establish and maintain reasonable procedures to enable any person to
request and obtain disclosure of the legal name and address of an information content provider who posts false or defamatory
information about the person on a public forum website.
4. Any person who is damaged by false or defamatory written
messages that originate from an information content provider who posts such messages on a public forum website may file suit
in Superior Court against an operator or provider that fails to establish, maintain and enforce the policy required pursuant
to section 2 of P.L. , c. (C.) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), and may recover compensatory and punitive damages
and the cost of the suit, including a reasonable attorney's fee, cost of investigation and litigation from such operator or
provider.
5. This act shall take effect on the 90th day following enactment.
STATEMENT
This bill
would require an operator of any interactive computer service or an Internet service provider to establish, maintain and enforce
a policy requiring an information content provider who posts messages on a public forum website either to be identified by
legal name and address or to register a legal name and address with the operator or provider prior to posting messages on
a public forum website.
The bill requires an operator of an interactive computer service or an Internet service provider
to establish and maintain reasonable procedures to enable any person to request and obtain disclosure of the legal name and
address of an information content provider who posts false or defamatory information about the person on a public forum website.
In
addition, the bill makes any operator or Internet service provider liable for compensatory and punitive damages as well as
costs of a law suit filed by a person damaged by the posting of such messages if the operator or Internet service provider
fails to establish, maintain and enforce the policy required by section 2 of the bill.

A Disabled PTSD Combat Veteran Requests
His Legal Due Process From The State Of New Jersey In His Request For An Investigation Into A Cover-up Within New Jersey's
Office of Attorney Ethics.
UPDATE: I sent the letters on the above link to New Jersey Governor
Jon Corzine and his Attorney General on 2/21/2006. The State Government’s official post office signed for the letters
on 2/23/2006.
On 3/6/2006, since I did not receive an acknowledgement from Governor Corzine’s or his Attorney
Generals’ offices, I called the Governor’s office. I was informed that the governor’s office received my
letter and it was passed onto the New Jersey’s Department of Law and Public Safety, which is under the Office of New
Jersey’s Attorney General.
Three years ago, back on February 18, 2003, Governor James McGreevey’s office
did the same thing. But back then, the New Jersey Office of Law and Public Safety “passed the buck” right to the
same New Jersey State government office that had the Conflict of Interest. Although I wrote in numerous letters that the New
Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics was performing a cover-up, the Attorney General’s office disregarded my letters and
sent my request for an investigation back to the Office of Attorney Ethics. Of course, the cover-up continued. (See The 2/18/2003

Are You
Tired Of New Jersey Political Corruption Yet?

There are still gracious, honorable and dedicated politicians in New Jersey
Since November 2008, my New Jersey State Legislators
Senator Steven Oroho, Assemblywoman Alison
Littell McHose, along with State Assemblyman Gary R. Chiusano and their staff have been laboriously investigating
my allegations of malfeasance
behavior within the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. Although I have a large
amount of real evidence, this diligent legislative team have faced a number of roadblocks.
The largest roadblock being the fact that the Office of Attorney Ethics is a commissioned office of New Jersey’s
Supreme Court. The fact that I’m considered 100% disabled by the federal
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) compounds the problem in various ways. Three months ago, Senator Steven Oroho had to meet directly with New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin. His actions were done in order to move the Office of Attorney Ethics to release the simplest of information
of their former Vice-Chairman Robert Correale, who, along with his former law firm, Maynard & Truland, are at the center
of this investigation. This meeting and follow-up letter addressed to all New
Jersey Supreme Court justices took place, because the lack of response to Senator Oroho office’s formal letter from
February of this year, requesting this same information. Why it took until
June to answer simple questions was excused and an apology was given to Senator Oroho and his staff from the Office of Attorney
Ethics.
For almost nine (9) years now, I have been getting this same (And a little
worse) runaround from the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, the New Jersey’s governor’s office, the state’s attorney
general’s office and both the Supreme and Superior Court systems. I tremendously
appreciate the unending efforts of New Jersey
legislators Senator Oroho, Assemblywoman Littell McHose, Assemblyman Chiusano and their gracious and dedicated staff. Their bills before the NJ legislature concerning PTSD veterans, and the recent announcement of a Supreme
Court reform for comprehensive public examination and access to court records, are
major steps forward. I’m praying
that their continued efforts in this investigation gain more support from additional New Jersey government officials.
I’m especially looking forward to the
day when all the parties at the center of this indignation are brought to justice, so they can never use their government
influence negatively against New Jersey’s citizens again.
It’s time for justice in New Jersey.
