Should an American veteran’s rights be marginalized by the State
of New Jersey, because he or she has PTSD?
Since he has been in
office, Democrat Jon Corzine has refused to answer the Certified letters of a disabled PTSD
veteran. Now Gov. Corzine is running for re-election.
Please call Jon Corzine and ask him to answer disabled veteran Jack Cunningham’s Certified letters.
Call Gov. Jon Corzine at: 609
292 6000
The governor's office is still playing games. Governor Jon Corzine (609) 292-6000
Governor's Office refuses to answer the Certified letters of a disabled veteran,
concerning the vet's charges of Corruption and a Cover-up within the state's Government, yet he plays games for veterans'
votes...

Jack, I just spoke with his aide. I believe a person
named John. Expressed a concern, that this issue has reached several other veterans out West, here in the state of Colorado.
And while I don't know (playing Dumb) as a brother disabled nam veteran I find his non-reponsiveness appalling. I suggested
that this gov, take time out of his schedule and respond to you. I hope this helps you. Have you contacted anyone in your hometown
newpaper? TJ Marlo www.thomasjmarlo.com
....................
Jack, I just called Governor Corzine’s office
and asked the Staff Aid there to informed Governor Corzine that I’m a concerned Retired Marine Master Sergeant and that
I’m asking him to address your charges of corruption and cover-up within his state’s government. She said (Staff
Aid) that my message will be passed on to the Governor.
She asked me if I found out about you through the media and I said that
I have personal contact with you and that’s where I found out about the corruption and cover-up charges concerning your
case. Sounds as if the Governor’s office there is becoming a little paranoid about the press getting your information
out to the public? Jim
......................
Jack,
I have called seveal times. Every time I am put on hold and then disconnected. I'll try again.
Linda
.................
Jack,
I just got off the phone with Liz from Gov. Corzine's office. I told
her that I was calling on behalf of Jack Cunningham, a disabled veteran and former Marine. I told her that I was surprised
to hear that the governor was a former Marine, and that I myself have a brother who is also a former Marine. I did inquire
if the Gov. was a combat veteran, but the assistant was unsure. I expressed my belief that
this would be a great opportunity for the governor to reach out to veterans through this long overdue investigation, particularly
during this most difficult time in New Jersey politics. Liz inquired if you had ever sent a letter-to which I informed
her that you had sent many certified letters, all which have gone unanswered. She must
have heard of you though, because she said: "Is this about John Cunningham?", to which I replied that you were one and
the same. I was told that my comments would be forwarded to the governor. Let's hope.
Regards,
Melanie Plunkett Connelly

Governor Jon Corzine (609) 292-6000
When
you call, the governor's office his staff will play dumb to having any information about John "Jack" Cunningham and his charges
of corruption. His staff will say that Mr. Cunningham should write the governor a letter. However, his staff never
answers Cunningham's letters, so that the cycle continues...
http://www.americans-working-together.com/attorney_ethics/id73.htmlPlease call Governor Jon Corzine
(609) 292-6000 and tell him and his staff to stop playing their games with an honorable PTSD vet. It's time to
answer John "Jack" Cunningham charges of Corruption and a Cover-up.

We did have a number of questions asked during
the hearing on Justice Albin's tenure. There were also a very high number of votes against reconfirmation. The
Office of Attorney Ethics suddenly and apologetically got back to us with the information we requested. We have followed
up with a new request for additional information.
Meanwhile, it appears that Justice Albin got the message regarding
our demands for more transparency. We've been waiting for this announcement (attached). We are still pursuing
those lost transcripts, so we are working to change things going forward, while working to examine the past. Your public efforts have significantly contributed
to these reforms.

Court system expands public access to court records Wednesday,
22 July 2009 11:32
BY TOM HESTER SR. NEWJERSEYNEWSROOM.COM The public will have more access to court
records under a new rule adopted by the state court system, Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin announced Wednesday.
The
rule change makes more court records available at public access computer terminals in courthouses statewide. It calls for
posting on the Internet information about every civil case on file, as well as details about all criminal convictions. The
court system will create a permanent advisory committee on public access, launch a public education effort on issues related
to open court records, and address the availability of electronic records and other access issues.
"Some of our recommendations
are intended to ensure that the judiciary provides free, readily available electronic access to court records wherever appropriate,
while others take into account that in today's world of instant access to electronic information litigants need a certain
measure of protection from unnecessary disclosure of their financial and other personal records," Justice Albin said Wed nesday.
"In some instances, the rule and our recommendations simply reaffirm longstanding policies regarding the public's right to
access court records in every court throughout the system."
The changes were developed by the court's Special Committee
on Public Access to Court Records, which is headed by Albin. The committee was formed to examine the public access issue in
February 2006.
"The report of the Albin committee represents the most comprehensive examination of and update on public
access to court records in more than 30 years," said Chief Justice Stuart Rabner. "Under Justice Albin's leadership, the committee
presented a revised rule that brings us into the age of electronic access while it addresses privacy concerns. This rule maintains
the traditional presumption of access to court records and meets our obligation to sustain transparent court processes.''
Albin's
committee included judges, court staff, privacy advocates, media representatives and attorneys from various practice disciplines.
"Together
they provided a breadth of experience and differing viewpoints, which enriched our discussions on many difficult issues,''
Albin said. He added, "We are confident that this new rule balances the public's right to an open court system with the recognition
that litigants have a right to privacy in certain instances."
The committee's recommendations explain in detail the
reasons for some of the changes in the rule. For example, some of the changes to the public access rule were made specifically
to protect the privacy of children in families going through divorce, custody disputes or other family issues where the children
could be hurt by the public release of certain family information.
"In summary, we believe we have achieved a balance
that will keep the work of the courts in full view of the public, but offer responsible protections to individuals who come
to us for resolution of their conflicts," Albin said. "With the court's approval, the judiciary can begin the process of incorporating
the new (rule) into the day-to-day operations of every court in the state."
Only one recommendation, to shield from
public access a complaint on which no probable cause finding has been entered, was rejected by the court. In its comment the
court stated, "There is a need for transparency and public scrutiny of the entire judicial process, beginning at the time
the complaint is filed."

Are You
Tired Of New Jersey Political Corruption Yet?
You can do something about it...
There are still gracious, honorable and dedicated politicians in New Jersey
Since November 2008, my New Jersey State Legislators
Senator Steven Oroho, Assemblywoman Alison
Littell McHose, along with State Assemblyman Gary R. Chiusano and their staff have been laboriously investigating
my allegations of malfeasance
behavior within the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. Although I have a large
amount of real evidence, this diligent legislative team have faced a number of roadblocks.
The largest roadblock being the fact that the Office of Attorney Ethics is a commissioned office of New Jersey’s
Supreme Court. The fact that I’m considered 100% disabled by the federal
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) compounds the problem in various ways. Three months ago, Senator Steven Oroho had to meet directly with New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin. His actions were done in order to move the Office of Attorney Ethics to release the simplest of information
of their former Vice-Chairman Robert Correale, who, along with his former law firm, Maynard & Truland, are at the center
of this investigation. This meeting and follow-up letter addressed to all New
Jersey Supreme Court justices took place, because the lack of response to Senator Oroho office’s formal letter from
February of this year, requesting this same information. Why it took until
June to answer simple questions was excused and an apology was given to Senator Oroho and his staff from the Office of Attorney
Ethics.
For almost nine (9) years now, I have been getting this same (And a little
worse) runaround from the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, the New Jersey’s governor’s office, the state’s attorney
general’s office and both the Supreme and Superior Court systems. I tremendously
appreciate the unending efforts of New Jersey
legislators Senator Oroho, Assemblywoman Littell McHose, Assemblyman Chiusano and their gracious and dedicated staff. Their bills before the NJ legislature concerning PTSD veterans, and the recent announcement of a Supreme
Court reform for comprehensive public examination and access to court records, are
major steps forward. I’m praying
that their continued efforts in this investigation gain more support from additional New Jersey government officials.
I’m especially looking forward to the
day when all the parties at the center of this indignation are brought to justice, so they can never use their government
influence negatively against New Jersey’s citizens again.
It’s time for justice in New Jersey.

Honorable veterans should not have to battle 8 years
for their Due Process against a corrupt law firm and those government officials, who protect them.
A state Supreme Court attorney ethics Vice-Chairman
Robert Correale misuses his high level government and court office to Cover-Up and block ethics violations and legal malpractice
charges against his own law firm, Maynard & Truland. After eight years, the Cover-Up leads all the way up to the
Governor's Office, the Attorney General's Office, the state's Supreme Court and Superior Court.
Disabled Vietnam vet, Jack Cunningham's ethic complaints start with Robert Correale's and his law firm's gross negligence,
over-charging per hour, false billing, lack of communications, coming to court unprepared and open perjury to the New
Jersey Supreme Court and Superior Court systems. (Evidence are Maynard & Truland's own contact, invoices,
court-filed letters, court-filed documents and court-filed sworn statements, NJ Supreme Court attorney certifications,
etc.)
Thanks to some
dedicated, honest State Legislators, Jack Cunningham is no longer in this battle alone. Please read the below
letters.
It's going to another
level. It's proof that in America, the little guy can win, if he or she does not give up...
