I served and lived in a Vietnamese peasant-farming village (24/7) with about
eight other Marines, under the Marine Corps Combined Action Program (CAP).

On September 6, 2000, I begged two
Maynard & Truland attorneys (Joe Truland, Edward Busichio) to do their regular job, so that I would not fall into
a divorce default. At the time, I had two minor children, who I was very close to. Their concerns were
extremely important to me.
If a parent
falls into divorce default that parent is open to limited children custody rights. (My
PTSD Disability had me fearing the WORSE...)
The below official Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA) Medical Records are by Doctor Laurence Kolman. A letter from Doctor Kolman to New Jersey's Superior
Court is below his Medical notes.
The letter was an attempt for the New
Jersey Superior Court to recognize Jack Cunningham's PTSD Disability and to grant him some Legal Accommandations for his disability.
Jack Cunningham was handling his own case PRO SE since he could not find an New Jersey attorney who was willing to go after
a Vice-Chairman of New Jersey's SUPREME COURT's Office of Attorney Ethics.
The New Jersey Superior Court's Law Division did not recognize
Jack Cunningham's PTSD Disability as a limitation in handling his own case.
It's well documented through the VA that when my PTSD Disability
is exacerbated, chronic pain from a 1970 terrorist bomb blast is also exacerbated. Read below VA Medical Records.

In spite of Doctor Laurence Kolman's below letter and a great deal of
other PTSD evidence and support letters, the New Jersey Superior Court did not modify any of their rules for Cunningham's
PTSD disability.
In fact, when Jack Cunningham requested accommondations for his
disability before Superior Court Judge Karen Russell, MAYNARD & TRULAND's attorney denied any accommondations existed.
(This never made the typed version of Judge Russell's court transcript, but it must still be in the audio transcript of the
court action. Judge Russell remained silent about Maynard & Truland attorney's comment about no court accomondations
for Jack Cunningham's PTSD disability.)
Because of the missing transcript from Superior Court Judge Ronald Graves'
Court case, the New Jersey Superior Court APPELLATE DIVISION Judges threw out my case and placed a GAG ORDER on me.
(There is a strong possibility that I might be placed in contempt of court, because I mentioned the GAG ORDER on this website.)
The MAYNARD & TRULAND Law Firm has many friends in high places in
the New Jersey Court Systems. (Both Supreme Court as well as Superior Court.)

USS ARIZONA Marine Remembrance At Pearl Harbor
UPDATE: A couple
of years ago, I was the Operations Officer for the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, on the waterfront between the USS ARIZONA
and the USS BOWFIN. The Commandant of the Marine Corps was the featured speaker at the dedication of the USS ARIZONA Marine
Remembrance, 10 November 2006. The National Park Service, which administers the USS ARIZONA Memorial is renovating all of
Halawa Landing, the site of the Marine Remembrance. The Regional Director of the Natl Park Service Western Region, Jon Jarvis,
stated on the local TV news that the Marine Remembrance would be removed. I challenged him on that statement and convinced
him that would not happen without a fight. I passed the word to (disabled PTSD veteran) Jack Cunningham (Americans Working Together), who in turn asked his readership to email Jarvis that the entire USMC would make every effort to have him relieved of his
duties if he moved that monument. I was copied on many of the emails to him from Marines, their friends and their families
that it nearly fried my computer. And...it worked. In order to save his job, Jarvis backed down. The Remembrance
now belongs to the USMC and has its' rightful place in direct view of the USS ARIZONA.
