AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION)
The amendment was proposed a little over a year after the Civil War. It was ratified just about two years later.
In the year of 1866, the United States
Congress recognized the need to police itself during times of war. (Article 3
of the Amendment.) The more knowledge you have about politics during the Civil War, the more you will understand
why this Amendment was ratified in 1868.
If our current Congress followed the law of the 14th Amendment of the United States
Constitution, the War on Terror would end that much sooner. Just think of the amount of support the terrorists receive every time an American federal politician grandstands
politically for America’s enemies.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office,
civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress,
or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of
any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Let a Congressional Committee start investigations
on Senator John Kerry first. It’s
long overdue…
