After one of their attorneys committed Gross Negligence, the firm’s partners Joe Truland and James Maynard
(Without client permission) switched attorney responsibility of the law case to another Maynard & Truland
attorney Robert Correale, who happened to be the Vice-Chairman of New Jersey’s Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics.
Robert Correale went on to commit a number of ethics violations of his own: False Billing and Over-Charging are just two.

FORMER-WIFE. (TWO MINOR CHILDREN WERE INVOLVED.)
ON SEPTEMBER
28, 2000, DUE TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF MAYNARD & TRULAND'S
DIVORCE ATTORNEY EDWARD BUSICHIO, I WAS PLACED IN DIVORCE DEFAULT.
(BECAUSE OF THIS DIVORCE DEFAULT, CUSTODY LOSS OF MY TWO
MINOR CHILDREN WAS A STRONG POSSIBILITY.)
SOME TIME
AFTER EDWARD BUSICHIO'S NEGLIGENT DEFAULT, BETWEEN EARLY OCTOBER AND
MID-NOVEMBER 2000, MAYNARD AND TRULAND SUPERVISING PARTNERS SWITCHED MY
DIVORCE CASE REPRESENTATION, WITHOUT
MY APPROVAL OR NOTIFICATION.
THE PARTNERS
CHANGED MY DIVORCE CASE FROM THEIR DIVORCE ATTORNEY, EDWARD BUSICHIO
TO THEIR GENERAL-PRACTICE ATTORNEY, ROBERT CORREALE, WHO HAPPENED TO
BE THE LAW FIRM'S OWN REPRESENTATIVE ON THE NEW JERSEY SUPREME COURT'S OFFICE OF ATTORNEY ETHICS.
AT THE
TIME, ROBERT CORREALE WAS ALSO A POLITICAL PARTY LEADER IN
THE STATE. CURRENTLY, ROBERT CORREALE IS A DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN
A NUMBER OF NEW JERSEY TOWNSHIPS. HE IS ALSO IN LINE
FOR A POSSIBLE JUDGESHIP, COUNTY D.A. OR EVEN ATTORNEY GENERAL
OF NEW JERSEY.
Whether
this was one of Robert Correale's first divorce cases is unknown to everyone; but him and his Law Firm, MAYNARD & TRULAND.
During DIVORCE ARBITRATION, Robert Correale
came unprepared and I was forced to represent myself against my former-wife and her attorney as Correale sat quietly
next to me. After DIVORCE ARBITRATION, everyone went home happy, especially
Robert Correale, who charged me $612 for his sitting quietly during this extremely, important legal procedure.
For still unknown reasons, it also took Vice Chairman Correale three months to remove me
from the Divorce Default that his own Law Firm's negliegence caused.
This disgraceful delay was inspite of my numerous, pleading letters to his Law Firm, MAYNARD & TRULAND, New Jersey
SUPREME COURT's Office of Attorney Ethics and Superior Court Family Division. EVIDENCE
OF THIS COULD BE FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING A WRITTEN
STATEMENT FILED IN SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY FROM MY FORMER
WIFE.
FOR FIVE (5) YEARS NOW, IT'S BEEN

SYSTEMS. IT TURNED OUT THAT GENERAL-PRACTICE ATTORNEY ROBERT CORREALE
WAS VICE-CHAIRMAN OF NEW JERSEY'S SUPREME COURT OFFICE OF ATTORNEY
ETHICS, WHEN AN IMPORTANT SUPERIOR COURT TRANSCRIPT WENT STRANGELY MISSING
BEFORE IT COULD BE TYPED BY A COURT REPORTER... EVIDENCE OF THIS COULD BE FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE.
