F.B.I. To Investigate
Disabled PTSD Vet Jack Cunningham's (Seven Years) Of Corruption
And Civil Rights Violation Charges
Against State Of
New Jersey
Lawyers and Alligators
Two alligators are sitting on the edge of a swamp. The small one turns to the big one and says, "I don't understand how you
can be so much bigger than I am. We're the same age, we were the same size as kids... I just don't get it."
"Well," says the big alligator, "what have you been eating?"
"Lawyers, same as you," replies the small alligator.
"Hmm. Well, where do you catch 'em?" "Down at that law firm on the edge of the swamp."
"Same here. Hmm. How do you catch 'em?" "Well, I crawl under a BMW and
wait for someone to unlock the door. Then I jump out, bite 'em, shake the crap out of 'em, and eat 'em!"
"Ah!" says the big alligator, "I think I see your problem. See, by the time you get done shakin' the crap out
of a lawyer, there's nothing left but lips and a briefcase..."
Two Kinds of Lawyers There are two kinds of lawyers:
those who know the law and those who know the judge.
Bad Reputation Isn't it a shame how 99% of the
lawyers give the whole profession a bad name.
Professional Fighting
Two physicians boarded a flight out of Seattle. One sat in the window seat, the other sat in the middle seat. Just before
takeoff, an attorney got on and took the aisle seat next to the two physicians. The attorney kicked off his shoes, wiggled
his toes and was settling in when the physician in the window seat said, "I think I'll get up and get a coke."
"No problem," said the attorney, "I'll get it for you." While he was gone, one
of the physicians picked up the attorney's shoe and put a thumbtack in it. When he returned with the coke, the other physician
said, "That looks good, I think I'll have one too." Again, the attorney obligingly went to
fetch it and while he was gone, the other physician picked up the other shoe and put a tack in it. The attorney returned and
they all sat back and enjoyed the flight. As the plane was landing, the attorney slipped his
feet into his shoes and knew immediately what had happened. "How long must this go on?" he
asked. "This fighting between our professions? This hatred? This animosity? This putting tacks in shoes and spitting in cokes?"
This is a TRUE news story. NOT a joke.
A lawyer in Charlotte, NC purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against fire among other things.
Within a month, having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made even his first premium
payment on the policy, the lawyer filed a claim with the insurance company. In his claim, the
lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires." The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious
reason: that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion. The lawyer sued....and won! In delivering the ruling the
judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous. The judge stated nevertheless, that the lawyer held
a policy from the company in which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure
them against fire, without defining what is considered to be "unacceptable fire," and was obligated to pay the claim. Rather
than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000.00 to the lawyer
for his loss of the rare cigars lost in the "fires." But... After the lawyer cashed the check,
the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON! With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous
case used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months
in jail and a $24,000.00 fine.
Minister and Lawyer in Heaven
A minister and a lawyer arrived at the pearly gates, Saint Peter greeted both of them and gave them their room assignments.
"Pastor, here are the keys to one of our nicest efficiency units. And for you, sir, the keys to our finest
penthouse suite." "This is unfair!" cried the minister. "Listen,"
Saint Peter said, "ministers are a dime a dozen up here, but this is the first lawyer we've ever seen."
Something for the Dear Departed
A lawyer, a used car salesman and a banker were gathered by a coffin containing the body of an old friend. In his grief,
one of the three said, “In my family, we have a custom of giving the dead some money, so they’ll have something
to spend over there.” They all agreed that this was appropriate. The banker dropped a
hundred dollar bill into the casket, and the car salesman did the same. The lawyer took out the bills and wrote a check for
$300.
http://www.swapmeetdave.com/Humor/Lawyer.htm Not All Lawyers Are Thieves A group of dinner guests were
blaming all of America’s troubles on lawyers when a woman said, “They aren’t all so bad. Why, last year
a lawyer gave me $1000.” “I don’t believe it,” the host responded.
“It’s true, I swear it,” said the woman. “I had a complicated personal injury
case and what with the lawyer’s fee, the cost of expert witnesses, the expense of the appeal and so on, my bill was
$41,000. When the judgment only amounted to $40,000, my lawyer simply forgave the difference.”
Problem at the Zoo
Someone mistakenly left the cages open in the Reptile House at the zoo and there were snakes slithering all over the place.
Frantically, the keeper tried everything, but he couldn't get the slippery animals back into their cages.
Finally, he yelled, "Quick, call a lawyer!" "A lawyer? Why?"
"We need someone who speaks their language."

The (New Jersey) Courts and those who run them are the criminals and a fifth grader can see that.

--------------------------------------
On
March
11, 2008, my wife and I went to the F.B.I. office in Newark, New Jersey.
To be
honest, I felt I was stonewalled by the two agents, who I spoke with from Public Corruption Squad
8. The lead agent refused
to review my evidence, unless I had original documents with me. He told
me I could have typed the documents myself. Three
of the documents were New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney Ethics Certifications, along with Maynard & Truland's Contract
and Invoices). When I asked the federal agent, if it was a crime for me to make
up false evidence and lie to F.B.I. agents, he didn’t answer me.
The
discussion went down hill from there. However, I did get the two agents to review part
of my evidence, including the part that they thought I may have typed myself (The New Jersey
Supreme Court Attorney Ethics Certifications, along with Maynard & Truland's Contract and Invoices).
When I asked the lead F.B.I. agent, if my Civil Rights to Due Process
were being violated, he said no. I also asked, if the State of New Jersey should have given me "Reasonable
Disability Accommodations" for my PTSD. He just repeated that no federal laws were broken.
Since the agents refused to review the New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney
Ethics Certifications, along with Maynard & Truland's Contract and Invoices, because they were not the originals, I
actually had to play make-believe.
They looked through part of the Certifications of James Maynard &
Robert Correale and compared it to the Maynard & Truland's Contract. The F.B.I. agent admitted that all
three contradicted each other when it came to the law firm's billing and Retainer paragraphs. Without farther
information, the agent said the Maynard & Truland contract was wrong.
After the agent examined Robert Correale's certification pertaining
to the day he first started work on my case and compared it to his law firm's invoice's start-work date, the agent brought
up again that I may have typed the documents myself.
What knocked me almost out of my chair was when the agent
told me that Superior Court transcripts can get lost before they can be typed. Just because Judge Ronald
Graves' transcript went missing does not mean it is part of a Cover-Up. Details at: http://www.americans-working-together.com/id111.html
In the end, I was told that my corruption charges against
the State of New Jersey were for civil court in the State of New
Jersey. Since
no federal crimes were being broken by New Jersey State
officials and politicians, I had to deal with the State of New Jersey. When I informed the agents that the New Jersey Governor’s office and his Attorney
General’s office do not even answer my certified letters, I was again informed that they are not breaking any
federal laws.

Jon Corzine wrote the above
in a letter, while he was still a United States Senator.
Disabled Marine CAP veteran John "Jack" Cunningham has been writing to
Governor Jon Corzine for two years now. Although a number of these letters were certified regular mail, Governor Jon
Corzine's staff refuses to respond to the former Marine.
Please help CAP Marine Vet Jack Cunningham
get a response to his letters from Governor Jon Corzine.
Please write and/or call and ask Governor Corzine's staff to please respond
to Jack Cunningham's letters concerning the "Maynard & Truland Attorney Ethics Cover-Up."
CONTACT GOVERNOR JON CORZINE

The below letter was sent to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez and a number
of other U.S. senators and congressmen/congresswomen in September 2006. Senator John McCain was the only response I
received. His letter stated that I must deal with my New Jersey federal senators. Senator Robert Menendez
and his staff have never answered this letter and have never placed anything in writing. ( Senator Robert Menendez phone: 202-224-4744 ) New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine
continues to not answer my numerous letters to him.
The federal Department of Justice, including the F.B.I.,
insist that I must deal with the State of New Jersey. The saga continues.
In Vietnam, Webmaster Jack Cunningham served
(24/7) in a Vietnamese peasant-farming village. At times, there were only four (4) Americans in a village of 2,000
homes.

The weapon was nicknamed "The Blooper" because of the sound the weapon made, when it released a round.
Your "Due Process" under the law was violated. Perjury is also an issue which should not be over-looked.
Try communicating with the
US Attorney and/or FBI.
---------
Having been a pretty good
"street cop" for 35 years this December, I read carefully what you sent me.
If I was involved with this
case and having the documentation that you and the courts have, I believe that I would approach a mid-ranking Officer in the
police service in your area and inquire about "perjury" investigations.
--------------------------
After spending 28 years
in law enforcement, I've never seen such screw ups in my life. Sounds like these lawyers had something going with
friends in high New Jersey government places.
Theft of your constitutional rights and due process under
the law, by deception.
Please contact Senator Robert Menendez (Information below) and
demand that John "Jack" Cunningham get his Due Process from the federal government and the State of New Jersey.
A CRIMINAL CASE, ETHICS CASE, CIVIL CASE OR ALL THREE...
Obstruction of Justice
A criminal offense that involves interference,
through words or actions, with the proper operations of a court or officers of the court.
The evidence is clear that there has been a Cover-Up
in New Jersey Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Ethics, since December 27, 2000.
For over seven years now, New Jersey's governor’s office, attorney general’s office, NJ Supreme
Court & Superior Court and Office of Attorney Ethics are still protecting former New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney Ethic’s
Vice-Chairman Robert Correale and his former Law Firm, Maynard & Truland.
Due to the Conflict of Interest of Robert Correale being a Vice-Chairman, I
have been asking for an investigation outside the Office of Attorney Ethics.
