Federal Judge Asks Off Cc Mailing List When PTSD Vet Charges Discrimination Against The Justice Dept

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in December 2006 stated that there are an estimated 98,000 new PTSD veterans from the War on Terror.    There is no PTSD advocacy group in existence today.

This is no disrespect to Federal Judges or to the Federal Judge who asked off my mailing list.   It's been over six years now, and I'm still waiting for Justice from New Jersey State Government or the Federal Courts.    I'm only asking for my civil rights of due process that every American deserves.   Since I'm a PTSD disabled veteran, I'm asking for reasonable accommodations for my disability.

Between my nerves, chronic pain and other secondary symptoms associated with PTSD, this New Jersey corruption crap gets to me. The State of New Jersey and the federal Justice Department are putting me through a lot of unnecessary pain. My evidence is clear and so is my VA medical records on this.   Why they are putting a PTSD veteran through this I hope to know someday.

I have a list of politicians and government officials' email addresses that I use on different email issues that I send out.   After I sent out the below letter, a federal judge asked off my mailing list.   At the time, I did not know that he was a federal judge, however, his domain indicated that he worked for the federal courts system: uscourts.    In the end, I asked him for help in getting a federal investigation of my charges started, and I removed him from my Cc list of politicians and government officials.   (You can read my letter to the judge and his original response to my original letter that is listed just below this. Again, at the time, I did not know he was a federal judge.)

I Cc politicians and government officials so that I can get some protection of my right to Due Process.     (My evidence is clear.)

Doesn't the Department of Justice Protect the PTSD Disabled (Veterans)?

I have these charges on the internet because I do not get answers to my regular mail letters to federal, state politicians and officials. Having it on the internet leaves me open to hate mail and discriminative insults, but I have to do it to be heard.

New Jersey is the most corrupt state in the union, because the governor holds all power of the court systems and its Attorney General. (Read below for details.)

To All Appreciative Americans,

It's a lot to ask an honorable, disabled PTSD vet to be an emotionally-frustrated ping pong ball for over six years now.   The federal government's Justice Department says I have to deal with the state of New Jersey in my corruption charges against the state government, yet NJ Governor Jon Corzine's staff only plays games with me on the phone and have never answered any of my certified-mailed letters.   Other federal & state politicians and officials also do not answer my regular mail letters and email.

If you or your friends can help me with my battle with the State of New Jersey, it would be greatly appreciated. Even a phone call to the Governor goes a long way.   A high level phone call to the federal Justice Department should be even better, but the Justice Department does not support the civil rights of disabled PTSD veterans at this time! (President Bush's staff even look the other way!)

Governor Jon Corzine just named the chief justice of the NJ Supreme Court and has already named his third NJ Attorney General. The first Attorney General that he named resigned for Ethics Violations. His second Attorney General, he just promoted to the Chief Justice of NJ Supreme Court. Corzine has complete control of NJ Supreme Court, Superior Court and the Attorney General. (No wonder there is so much corruption in New Jersey.)
      The BUCK stops with Governor Jon Corzine.   The federal government's Justice Department says I have to deal with the state of New Jersey. It's a disgrace how they both treat an honorable Vietnam Veteran.

At the center of my corruption charges is the former Vice-Chairman of NJ Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics Robert Correale.   While Robert Correale was active serving in this important state-wide position, he protected his own law firm of Maynard & Truland of Morristown against Legal Malpractice charges. For six years now, his friends in New Jersey Government continue to protect him.

Robert Correale is currently serving as an assistant District Attorney in Sussex County.

      My evidence is clear and some of it can be read at the link next to my name.

I have addressed my NJ Government corruption charges to numerous levels within the federal Department of Justice and all levels of the New Jersey Court systems, yet my charges still go uninvestigated for over six years now.   (And I've never been charged with slander for filing false claims against the State of New Jersey and its officials.   Why these charges will never be filed against me... is because my charges are true.)

Dear Tatiana Marquis, District Director,

As per the conversation you had with my wife Joan, please find the following information pertaining to my eight year struggle to initiate an investigation of my charges of corruption, cover-up and a Conflict of Interest within the New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics and the NJ Attorney General's office. Eight years of battling for Due Process is much to demand from an honorably disabled PTSD veteran.

Simply stated, I am requesting Governor Jon Corzine to look into (and answer my letters) how the state’s Office of Attorney Ethics allowed Vice-Chairman Robert Correale to use his influence as a high level member to block Legal Malpractice and Attorney Ethics charges from Correale and his law Firm, Maynard & Truland.

After a deluge of my letters in 2003, the Office of Attorney Ethics had their nearby committee, District XI do a perjury-filled, malfeasance, lame investigation; where Robert Correale and his former law firm, Maynard & Truland were cleared of all charges. Correale and his law firm’s lawyers supplied no supporting evidence with their sworn certifications. However, I supplied Maynard & Truland’s own contract and invoices, along with Superior Court Documents, court-filed letters, etc.

Over the years, Governor Jon Corzine has received, at least, seven U.S. mail letters (of which three were certified) and over twenty emails on this subject. All contained attached evidence. However, the Governor's office has NOT returned any communication. Additionally, Corzine's aid Susan does not return my phone calls, and her staff refuses to give me her last name.   Governor Corzine’s lack of return communications only adds to this New Jersey State Government Cover-up.

At this point, I do not wish to burden you with additional details, of which there are plenty. I simply ask that you communicate to the Governor my request for an investigation.   (You can read evidence directly on the internet at the below listed web links.)

Due to being diagnosed and rated 100% disabled as a combat Marine, I suffer memory loss and request a copy of all communications with Corzine's office.

If I was involved with this case and having the documentation that you and the courts have, I believe that I would approach a mid-ranking Officer in the police service in your area and inquire about "perjury" investigations.
