I am a Vietnam Veteran, who is 100% disabled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), based on Federal
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) guidelines.
Under the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution, please investigate my evidence of
civil rights violations, especially denial of my right to Due Process against the State of New Jersey; and actively assist
me in getting my grievances’ Redressed.

After one of their attorneys committed Gross Negligence, the firm’s partners
Joe Truland and James Maynard (Without my, the client's permission) switched attorney responsibility of the law case to another
Maynard & Truland attorney, Robert Correale, who happened to be the Vice-Chairman of New Jersey’s Supreme Court
Office of Attorney Ethics.
Robert Correale went on to commit a number of ethics violations of his own: False Billing and Over-Charging
are just two.

Why is it OK for a public official to commit a crime against a veteran? |
Most of America already knows, why Governor McGreevey is so famous.
He has been in the national news and national television for some time now. (He even appointed his lover to a high security
post in New Jersey's Government.)

Under Governor McGreevey, his office maintained a file on
my Ethics Complaints against New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.
I sent New Jersey Governor
McGreevey much of the same evidence found on these webpages.
Governor McGeevey personally thought enough about my clear evidence that
he even gave me the Director of New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics office phone number. (See his below letter.)
I did call Director
Johnson, but I only spoke to his secretary each time. Although I asked for return phone calls
from the director, I recieved none.
Since Robert
Correale was a defendant in my ethic complaints, I also requested details and dates about Vice-Chairman Robert Correale in
New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics. In spite of these phone call requests as well as written requests, I never received
the information from Director Johnson or from anyone else in the New Jersey SUPREME COURT Office of Attorney Ethics.

went missing before it could be typed by the Superior Court clerk.
Have you ever heard of anything
so strange? This court transcript was going to be used by Jack Cunningham in a Superior Court Law Division
Legal Malpractice civil case against Vice-Chairman Robert Correale, a high level New Jersey State Attorney Ethics Official.
It was also going to be used in a formal New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney Ethics investigation against Robert Correale and
his Law Firm, Maynard and Truland. Because this evidence was lost (destroyed), both New Jersey Courts were able
to throw out both of Jack Cunningham's cases and now Robert Correale,Esq. is a district attorney of Vernon Township and Andover
Township, New Jersey.
